Finally, in order to bring our site to the attention of money sources, we attend conferences, trade shows and conventions on a regular basis. That costs a lot of money, and as we are doing it on your behalf, it is only right that you should help cover that cost.

Sorry. We can't guarantee that you will get the money you are looking for. Even big investment banking firms often take on a funding on a "best efforts" basis and that is after charging large non-refundable consulting fees. But we do know that the more funding sources you expose your deal to, the greater likelihood you will get funded. Any information you post on the Match Vest Capital website is confidential, and will only be released to registered funding sources that pay for your information. When users of the site search for deals, they cannot see any of the company contact information. If they are interested, they must purchase your contact information, so you know they are a serious funding source. Once they have contact you, you can then give them access to view any additional information, such as business plans or power point projections, at your discretion, after finding out who they are, and if they are the right type of funding source for your business.
Absolutely not. As a funding source, you may search deals on the Match Vest Capital website, and we will put you in contact with those companies, at your request. No company will be given your contact information unless you have first indicated an interest in that company, or have agreed to have your contact information available for companies searching for funding. In addition, you will receive from us, not more than once per week, a short list of new deals that register on our site.
No. Match Vest Capital is an introductory service. The company is owned and operated by people who have been involved in raising capital for years and have raised hundreds of million of dollars. Our goal is to provide a way for companies to get more money sources looking at their deals, and a way for money sources to see deals in a consistent simple and easy to understand format.
No. We charge a fee for posting your deal information on our site, and we charge a fee to money sources for introducing them to a deal. And if you are interested we have other consulting services you might want to use (See Resources). We never charge any fee based upon the money that you raise.
