The company is in the gold mining business. Currently the Company has an option to purchase 23 patented claims and 122 unpatented claims. A reserve of 455,875 ounces is blocked out on part of the property. The Company holds a valid permit to mine and process gold ore and the Company intends to develop its high grade gold zones in 2008 in order to mine them in 2009. The Company intends to construct a pilot processing mill to extract the gold in spring 2009. Engineering for the mill is beginning Spring 2008.
