We are a service provider for developers and general contractors. We build subdivision as well as commercial construction projects. It operates on the same principal as a hospital autoclave to sanitize toothbrushes, razors, tweezers, jewelry, baby bottles and other small items. Its footprint is the size of a CD so it easily fits on a bathroom shelf. It kills 99.9999% of germs on surfaces that makes it 10,000 times more effective than UV light toothbrush sanitizers.

Our company develops online solutions for owners of high rise office buildings. Applications are very low cost, yet add rental value, minimize liability and save substantial costs over traditional methods. Current clients are the top trophy building owners in the U.S. Already we are accepted as the best-of-class product in our field.

Capital is needed to ramp up the business and develop additional applications.

The company is in the gold mining business. Currently the Company has an option to purchase 23 patented claims and 122 unpatented claims. A reserve of 455,875 ounces is blocked out on part of the property. The Company holds a valid permit to mine and process gold ore and the Company intends to develop its high grade gold zones in 2008 in order to mine them in 2009. The Company intends to construct a pilot processing mill to extract the gold in spring 2009. Engineering for the mill is beginning Spring 2008. The Company is currently raising capital for its spring drill program.
