Building Rehab Specialist Seeks Capital for Expansion
Our company specializes in refurbishing single family homes and smaller multi-family residential units damaged during hurricanes and floods in Southeastern region of the United States. We purchase the properties, then using our skilled workforce rehabilitate the buildings to municipal or county standards, then resell the properties for a substantial profit. The typical time from start to finish per job is 120 to 150 days. To date we have been using our own capital but the pool of available properties requires us to seek outside financing. My experienced crews can handle up to six projects at a time. Typical profits run approximately 30% of the investment capital for each project (purchase price plus cost of rehab). An investor could expect per annum returns in excess of 20%.
