Opportunistic High Yield Secured Lender seeks Growth Capital
The Company is in the business of deploying capital for high yield, asset secured, opportunistic investments. Investment targets include bankrupt and foreclosed assets, accounts receivable factoring, purchase order financing, bridge loans to public or soon to be public companies, “hard money” real estate loans, pay day loans and other one-off funding opportunities.
The Company and its management team, have over 30 years experience in these types of investments. Market conditions, fueled by over extension in the sub-prime lending market, increasing credit restrictions on conventional bank loans and an ever increasing formulaic approach to lending by most financial institutions, are providing substantial opportunity.
